It is time again for Admiral’s Picture Days…
For the 2017-2018 season there will be some important changes to our Admirals picture procedures. Due to the size of our club, the number of teams and players, and the rising cost of ice, it is no longer logistically feasible to take individual or team pictures on the ice. This has become the standard practice for nearly all of the local hockey clubs and photographers. This will make scheduling a more straightforward process. Unless otherwise noted, all pictures will be taken on the American Rink side.
Completing the order form that was sent to you from your team manager prior to attending the scheduled time will help the process but is not necessary, there will be forms available on the day. Physical samples of various photo products and prints (including special 10 year anniversary branding) will be available during the photo times. If you wish to order a photo sculpture or Wallstar/Fathead please inform the photographer or assistant prior to the individual photos as an additional pose will be required.
What you need to do on picture day:
1) Arrive on time and be in full uniform (road Blues) minus the neckguard at the time prescribed for your team’s posed individual photos. A new tape job on the stick may look good in the picture as well.
2) Inform Photographer or Assistant if you are ordering a photo sculpture or Wall Star/Fathead
3) Complete the order form (there will be a drop box on the sample table, it is not necessary for your player to hand the order form to the photographer…that is always a challenge in hockey gloves)
4) Pay by check, cash or credit card on picture day (orders will be accepted during the week following picture days but holiday delivery is only guaranteed for orders placed on picture day)
Thanks again and lets have a great picture day.
