I am super excited to announce that after 7 years of being an AAA Head Coach, I have some exciting news to share with you. I have accepted the position of Director of Player Development with the Admirals Hockey Club. Watching and more importantly helping young players develop their Skills to the best of their abilities has been a passion of mine for years.

This next step in my Coaching career will put me in a position to help hundreds of players each year develop the skills necessary to make it to the next level. Developing sound skills at a young age is imperative for succeeding in hockey; fortunately I was put in a position to develop these skills through various programs. Building a youth development program off my hockey experiences has been a dream of mine for many years; this new position with the Admirals will allow me to fulfill this dream. In addition I will be the Head Coach of the top NIHL Peewee Admirals Hockey team.

I have truly enjoyed working with each and every one of your players over the 7 years at the AAA Level. They have helped me grow as a Coach over the past years and I wish nothing but great success for them in the future. I also want to thank the Chicago Young Americans Organization for their support & I wish the Club the best of luck. Lastly, I want to thank my Father (Don Noga) for everything that he has done for me over our 7 years on the bench together.
