To All Admirals Members and Hockey Families,

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I write this letter. Ross MacNeill has lost his long battle with brain cancer and passed away last night May 13, 2013. Ross was an inspiration to us all. His courage and strength was beyond what words can describe. He was an amazing child that touched more lives than he will ever know.  We have all been blessed to have known Ross and he will forever be an inspiration. Without a doubt, Ross is at peace and playing hockey in heaven. With his great big smile he will live forever in our hearts as he would remind us that “life is good”.

The entire MacNeill family is in our prayers, rest in peace #33.

Visitation for Ross is on Thursday, May 16th at Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton from 4-7pm.

Services are on Friday, May 17th at Gary Church at 11:00am followed by an interment service at Wheaton cemetery.

Honoring gifts may be directed to "Friends of Ross K. MacNeill" which contributes to funding Pediatric Brain Tumor research, to journeycare hospice, and to Ross' favorite charities including the homeless. Please send such to Gary United Methodist Church, attention: Friends of Ross K. MacNeill, 224 N. Main Street, Wheaton, IL, 60187.
