As a USA Hockey (USAH) Model Association, the Admirals Hockey Club fully supports USAH and its philosophies on mite hockey – namely, that our youngest players need high-activity skill development, a lot of puck touches, and an efficient use of ice time and space to build agility, balance, and coordination while having fun. The Admirals mite program focuses on elite skill development through station based skills practices, using the top USAH training methods. Our teams will also participate in jamborees and half-ice games vs. Admirals Mite teams and other AA/A teams.
Sessions run in fall, winter, and spring. All players must be registered online prior to the session evaluation, and all players who register will be placed on a team. Mid-session registrations are allowed as space permits.
For the 2016-17 season, Mite 8U USA Selects is open to players in birth years 2008-2009. Please contact Chad Green if you have any questions.
